Lace Sleeves Like Princess Kate

We all loved Kate Middleton’s long lace sleeves on her wedding day, and many bridal designers have since produced their own princess styles with lace panels and sleeves. However, many brides still love the classic strapless look, and don’t want to spend their entire wedding day so covered up.

An ideal compromise if you’d like the long lace sleeved look, but also want a strapless gown, is to look for a lace jacket or bolero that can be worn for the ceremony and the more formal parts of the reception, and removed later in the day. This type of cover up can give you two distinct bridal looks without the expense of two outfits, and you can even change your hair or other accessories when you remove your jacket.

The lace jacket pictured is the Bronte Jacket from Sassi Holford, available at Grace of Westcott. It is made from a luxurious Italian Guipure lace and features a bateau neckline and a feminine tie back fastening.

Check out the Grace of Westcott site for more details.
